Woodall Rodgers Park Construction Visitors to the Museum and the Arts District, please be advised that construction on the Woodall Rodgers Park involves street closures. The Eastbound Pearl /Olive Street exit off of Woodall Rodgers Freeway will be closed nightly from 9:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. from May 24–May 27. Starting on May 25, the Pearl Street spur will be closed permanently. Visitors accessing the Museum from westbound Woodall Rodgers Freeway from Central Expressway/75 South can exit Ross Avenue. Continue on Ross Avenue past the Museum to Akard Street. Turn right on Akard Street and then turn right on the Woodall Rodgers access road. Turn right on St. Paul Street and immediately turn left into the Dallas Museum of Art to park in the Museum’s underground parking garage. Metered parking is available on St. Paul Street, Ross Avenue, and Harwood Street. For additional directions to the Dallas Museum of Art from other DFW freeways, click here. The Harwood Street overpass is closed. Visitors accessing the Museum from the Tollway/Harry Hines Boulevard into downtown should approach the Museum using St. Paul Street. The Museum’s parking garage is accessible from St. Paul Street. Harwood Street going south between Woodall Rodgers and Ross Avenue will be accessible from the Woodall Rodgers frontage road and will still be available for bus parking. The St. Paul exit from westbound Woodall Rodgers Freeway is closed.
Periodically, the Texas Department of Transportation may close Woodall Rodgers Freeway.
