Urban Armor: Just for Teens!

Meet. Relate. Investigate. Join other teens ages 13-19 for exclusive workshops where we take a closer look at the Museum's collection and then create original works of art using advanced techniques in the Tech Lab. Urban Armor is free but registration is required. To register for workshops or to be added to our teen program e-mail list, contact JC Bigornia at jbigornia@DMA.org or call 214-922-1822. Teen Docent Program

Initiated in the summer of 2001, the DMA Teen Docent program provides opportunities for high school students to initiate and deepen their relationship with the Dallas Museum of Art. Qualified students are invited to train as teen docents and eventually facilitate summer tours. Tours involve leading young visitors (ages 5-12) in conversations and gallery activities based on works of art in the Museum. If you would like to learn more, e-mail Shannon Karol at skarol@DMA.org.
