Arturo's Nest (0-4 year olds)
A relaxed learning place for children ages 4 and under and their adult companions, Arturo's Nest is a "please touch" space where young children can crawl, climb, and use their natural curiosity and playfulness to have early experiences with art. This month in Arturo's Nest, you will find toys, games, puzzles, and books all about The Senses. Stop by and try some of these activities:
- Play a song with musical instruments.
- Read a book with your fingers.
- Experiment at the light table.
- Dance with scarves and streamers.
- Feel different nature objects in the mystery texture box.
Young Learners Gallery (5-8 year olds)
This space is designed for children 5-8 years old to encounter space in art through play and imagination. Children can decorate, manipulate, and learn about space in an interactive gallery that is constantly evolving.
